I was just wondering if anyone knows any good non-LDS (you can't find those out here) books. My job doesn't start for a while and I finally have time to read something besides boring text books. Since I'm an eled major I only know the latest kids books. And yes I have read the Twilight series :)

This is your favorite Uncle Ben. I don't believe in reading books but I'm very glad to see that Scott has followed the near perfect examples of his studly uncles, me and Josh, and joined in the door-to-door sales business. As a salesman I was known as the "Enforcer" and Josh was the "Punisher." If I decide that I don't like life at the firm (or I fail the bar) I may come out of retirement and join him.
I didn't realize was selling security systems. We almost did that this year. It looks like fun. I don't read much anymore and the book I'm reading now is about how to dicipline children so I'm no help. send me your email address so I can get you an invite to our blog. amanda@jaredhorsley.com

Read Jay's Journal. It will change your whole perspective on life. No joke. It happened a pg high school so you would probably really like it.

Kaylee....don't read Jay's Journal. It's not a true story....it's actually really sad because it was supposed to be and the "author" changed it. Poor family was never the same. I visit the kids grave sometimes, is that weird??
SO, the big NYC eh? That's so exciting!
However...Nicholas Sparks is a good author. He wrote A Walk to Remember and the Notebook. Anything by him I'd suggest.
ooh, I've been reading books by Jodi Picoult. They're really good, and about current things that happen and you say "I can't believe sometime like that happened to someone"
Hey Kaylee, I was wondering the same thing. All I read is LDS books. But I've heard Nicholas Sparks is a good author, like someone said. My mother-in-law is sending me some LDS books to read so if you want to borrow some you're more than welcome to!
