7 Months!

This little silly turned 7 months yesterday! The above pic. is of her blowing her lips. It is one of her favorite things to do... especially during sacrament meeting when she makes all the kids laugh around her the WHOLE time.

Annie can often be found whith her tongue sticking out. No teething yet..she just likes it.

Annie lives for bath time. She brings both feet way up in the air and splashes up a storm. My little chub!

The future is here!

In April 2007 Scott and I were able to go to Chile with his work for a month. We had an awesome time there and went hunting for lots of cool trinkets to bring back home. We went to one huge market and I just had to get a baby outfit. They were so cute and I can't help myself around baby clothes. My sister was pregnant so I bought her a jacket...and then something for our future child. :)

And here is our FUTURE CHILD in her llama sweater! (yes I know her bow is GIANT, I just had to try it out.)

Crazy.

The Latest

Today Annie got her shots. She cried for about 30 seconds and has been fine. She's almost 19 lbs. and 27 inches long which keeps her in the 90th percentile for weight and 85th for height. The doc. banned her from dairy until she turns a year old. She is developing her little personality and is quite the crack up. She thinks she is a dancing queen. Her hair is also growing... but she tends to appear bald because her hair is so fair. Our little Snow White. The blonde version. We love our Annie Kay!

And I chopped off my hair. Sorry I'm not the best at photographing myself, and please excuse the messy desk.

Valentine's was my favorite this year. We didn't go out or do anything fancy, in fact we ate grilled cheese at home (Scott and I went on a date in Utah to the Chocolate...yum!!) but it was perfect. Two Valentines are better than one.
Scott's keeping busy with work, finishing the basement, working on our cars, and being daddy.
I stay at home and keep busy with Annie. I was able to spend a little over a week in Utah which was a blast. I got to hang out a lot with my sister Kiera and her kids. I was supposed to be helpful but I'm not so sure I was. At least we had fun. I think Annie is having grandpa and grandma withdrawals. I definitely am missing my nieces and nephew!

He Makes Me Laugh

Scott had to be to work at 7am this morning for important business meetings and introductions. At 8:30am I hear him come home. The reason? Look at his shoes. I was still asleep so he got dressed in the dark so he wouldn't wake me. Bless his little heart. Too bad he had to go back.

Island Park

Well, we (me and Scott, Kym and Adam, and Megan and Joseph) all decided we needed a little break from life. We went up to Island Park to remember why we actually like winter. Adam is from Iland Park so he got us the hook ups and we went to stay the night. We had so much fun we ended up staying the whole weekeend. We ate too much, snowmobilled, hot tubbed, and talked and laughed the trip away. It was hard to come home.

The boys on their ride:

Yes they are holding hands:

Ahh, good times:

The lovely pregnant Kym and Adam:

Snow in love, haha

About to go out for our night ride once Annie was asleep:

All About Annie

So this blog may just turn into a million pictures of Annie. But we can't help it. She's our favorite.

Here is Annie with her Dolly from Christmas. She LOVES babies, little kids, and puppets.

She also loves Grant. And to wear no clothes.
She is very squishable.

And she sits! She's a little tipsy, but we're workin on it.
We have many pictures of her eating for the "first time". She doesn't like food. She won't take a bottle or pasifier. She is very picky. But we try every day and she will take a few bites now here and there.

She is also allergic to dairy. Here is a pic. of what happens to her skin wherever the milk-based formula touched her.

She is one hilarious little girl with so much personality already!

Ski Bum

Or should I say snowboard bum? Only time will tell...will Annie ski or snowboard (it probably really depends on will mom or dad teach her)? We were lucky enough to spend two days on our Christmas break at the Canyons-one of my very favorite places. Annie has issues with bottles so she came along and hung out in the lodge. My mom and I took turns watching her (mostly my mom) and Annie just hung out. I love my mom :).

It was an awesome break to say the least. I forgot to take picture of Christmas morning (I know, I know, babies first Christmas is the Chrsitmas I don't take pictures) but luckily my mom took some that I will have to get.

5 Months!
